Here are some mind maps of our narrative idea (Alex's mother dying, Alex leaving his home town, meeting Amy Steelman, and then dying himself) with some conventions that are to be seen in the genres I have chosen to re-create, for example, within the horror genre I have added an escaped mad man to then seek Alex's death.
